Energy Performance Certificates for your business

Commercial Energy Performance Certificates are documents which provide an energy rating for your business. This provides vital information for potential purchasers and tenants on the energy efficiency of the building. It is accompanied by recommendations which will provide information on how to upgrade the energy performance and the payback period for carrying out any such improvements. A Commercial Energy Performance Certificate is also required when buildings over 1,000 square metres are substantially modified or when any building undergoes a change of use.
